Job Description

Working as an IT Support Technical Specialist at Penta Corporate Hosting, your primary role will be providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for our clients by email, phone and onsite visits. You must have good troubleshooting skills with previous experience in handling Windows and MAC related issues. You must also have excellent customer facing skills in addition to excellent communication skills.This role reports to the IT Service Desk Manager.Main Tasks / ResponsibilitiesTo provide 1st and 2nd lines technical support; answering support queries via phone and email.

  • On-site customer visit and IT support
  • To take ownership of user problems and be pro-active when dealing with user issues
  • Carry out daily client systems checks
  • Prioritizing and managing assigned requests in the ticketing system
  • Handle clients? requests following procedures and with a good sense of customer service
  • Establishing outstanding working relationship with the clients
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and application
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Maintaining client?s IT hardware and software inventory
