Technical Engineer / ArchitectJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:?Lead the technical design process for architectural projects, ensuring that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety standards.?Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).?Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and client specifications.?Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of projects.?Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to project technical aspects.?Manage project documentation, including blueprints, contracts, and progress reports.?Lead and mentor junior engineers and architects, providing technical guidance and support.?Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.?Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure all technical work complies with local and national building codes.?Conduct site visits to ensure that work is being carried out as per approved technical pecifications.?Implement and oversee quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.?Address any technical challenges or issues that arise during construction and provide solutions promptly.Qualifications and Experience and Skills:?Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.?5-10 years of professional experience in technical engineering within the architecture or construction industry.?Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).?Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.?Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
