By investing in our people?s continued growth and learning, we challenge and change how we build together ? people and business.Role Description:To assist design and coordination tasks for the Engineering department projects.Role Responsibilities:Prepares bid packages for material and subcontractors for Sr. Project Coordinator review to be sent later to ProcurementPrepares sketches of ideas, detailed drawings, illustrations, artwork, or blueprints, using drafting instruments, paints and brushes, or computer-aided design equipment.Directs and coordinates the fabrication of models or samples and the drafting of working drawings and specification sheets from sketchesAdvises and evaluates new market product/design concepts with engineering and clients.Presents design and reports to Sr. Project Coordinator for approval and discusses need for modificationPrepares inquiries estimations in coordination with assumed design criteriaRaises and replies to any required technical queries and attends any required technical meetingsChecks and approves for the compatibility of the Architectural, Civil, MEP and steel/cladding drawings and designs (both in-house and third party) and ensures the resolving of any incompatibilities in coordination with the relevant parties.Incorporates all client / consultant requirements and alterations in shop drawingsPerforms site visits as needed and compares designs with actual site practices and maintains a library of standard constructible details of least cost implicationsWhat makes a true AMANAian?We know that our company growth and success come from our people who continuously drive our company, partners and clients forward.
