Ensure project order & offer files are updated accurately with proper documentation as per TC procedures.
Filing/arranging documents as per TC procedures.
Provide clerical assistance to the Project Engineers in the preparation of technical submittal
Releasing BOM to Supply Chain & Production file to Production, Planning & QC as per procedures.
Updating the Offer log & Order log in the system.
Sales co-ordination, Sales Order registration, invoicing, delivery co-ordination with stores/logistics
Prepare monthly report for the management to determine the projects already completed at the end of the month.
LPO processing, Submittals Wiring Accessories, Cables & Wires, GI Boxes
Support estimation, project engineers & sales engineers
Proforma Invoice creation
update of open orders & material status
