? Contributes technically to maximization of profit margins by developing norms of toll processing of feeds and storage? Devises process plans for blocked bulk feeds for margin improvement? Advises and works with the team on Plant Fuel and losses control.? Monitor quality verifications and additive-based margin improvement concepts.? Conduct client visits and lead technical discussions, presentations. Support local oil accounts and management reporting.? Evaluation of bulk lot feeds for processing through toll refining.? Advise feed & product testing, additives dosing & blending Helps develop suitable techniques, select technologies for Hydrocarbon or non-hydrocarbon-based waste streams of environmental concerns.? Critical evaluation of liquid waste streams for process feasibility, in terms of economic size, and potential products? Oversee laboratory tests and monitor quality variations? Support EHS and advise group EHS supervisor on critical matters and develop procedures, Safety permits if any.? Follow daily process optimization including product degradation, utility consumption and loss control.? Lead archiving of process data for future reference and training purposes.? Participate in own processing/value generation plans and process decisions.? Issue daily operating orders if any according to toll refinery process requirements.? Helps recruit process team, develops a team for future plans for a customized processing option, conceptual design of process plant for single or multiple co-feeds.? Works with external design engineering team for any future plans of own refinery, carry out design reviews, PFD and P&ID?s and project execution.? Devise the process plan advice methods of cost control and improve profitability leading to business decisions.? Select suitable additives during feed receipts, storage, and processing.? Helps to make production planning and value addition steps as per each bulk feed recipe.
