Job Purpose & Scope:As a technology consulting professional, youll help businesses realize the value they can gain from their IT investments. Providing technical support to the business requirements and support IT functions with optimal solutions and developments in the area of SAP Technical Consultant (ABAP/PO/CPI/Gateway/FIORI) at ESAG. Collaboration with on-site teams to understand the need, interdependencies and accordingly develop the following best practices, approaches and methodology.Main Responsibilities:Experience & strong knowledge in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) developments. Should be able to work independently.Should have business acumen in enterprise functional process and strong technical insight in SAP FI, SD, MM, PS, PP, CS, PM, & REFX modules.Understand functional specifications, prepare technical specifications and develop Program objects. Perform unit testing and support other forms of testing.Should be having strong Technical knowledge of validations/substitutions, User Exits, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements, BADIs, LSMW, BDC applications, BAPIs, SAP Scripts, Smartforms, Module Pool Programming all RICEFWs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Should be a Team player.Troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve existing issues in RICEFWs.Should have worked on Interface development in SAP PI/PO/CPI Integration platforms.Knowledge on SAP ABAP on HANA, Gateway, UI5, FIORI and other new technologies.Maintaining the defined service levels for the vertical responsible for and ensuring the right communications and satisfaction levels with the stakeholders.Manage project timelines, quality deliverables, and provide timely updates on developments and issues raised to the stakeholdersAdherence to the defined processes, documentation as required for change management with a commitment to continuous improvement & processesWork closely with internal stakeholders such as process teams and partner teams to design, develop and deliver the right solutions.Highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industryAbility to understand problem statements & implement analytical solutions independently or with minimal supervisionAn excellent problem solver with business acumen and get it done attitude.Good written/verbal communication skillsAbility to interact with customers - Flexible to accommodate as per project needs.
