Role: Technical Consultant/Resource - One Automation toolLocation: On-Site (Dubai)Duration: 12 months (extendable based on business requirements)Key Responsibilities:•A Good Technical resource should have minimum 5 to 7 years of experience on Job automation tool.•Mandatory Experience on One Automation (Automatic) application and also experience on OA Upgrade Projects.•Resource will be responsible for Workload/Jobs Automation via One automation tool.•UC4 administration, UC4 scripting, Windows/Linux commands / scripting Experience.•Simple File, Shell Script, Batch file and Oracle Package.•Should have Experience over different integrations points to create OA Job.•Provisioning, installation/configuration, operation Trouble shooting, and maintenance of Automatic (ONE AUTOMATION / UC4) components.•Performs UC4 Engine /agent upgrades and new installation with Solaris, Linux, Windows, RAFTP whenever required with Admin team.•Performs daily checks and verifications to ensure tool availability.•Should be good in doing collaboration with other cross functional teams and getting things done with minimal supervision.•Liaising with vendor for support and resolution of issues.•Participating in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.•Ensuring that standards and policies are maintained across system.•Providing solutions for daily backups and maintenance processes for backend servers (UNIX/windows)•Creating changes/service requests/incidents using ITIL standards.•Perform periodic performance reporting of backend servers to anticipate outages.•Should have experience on file PGP encryption/description methodology.•Cloud computing basics and SQL knowledge is added advantage.•Should be a quick learner to understand new platforms and support them.Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT / BusinessWork Experience: Min 5 years in Information Technology.
