? 2 to 3 years of Technical development expertise on Dynamics AX 2012 ? Demonstrates strong coding skill using Dynamics AX X++ and its related technologies/tools.? Experienced in AX 2012 and its latest releases AX 2012 R3? Should work closely with functional consultants to understand and provide technical solution.? Reviews Functional design of given business requirements for technical solution and detailed technical design (TDD)? Produces high quality TDD document as per set standards and templates? Drive/Assist Technical design on the GAP requirements with other technical teams to ensure technical quality is consistent? Engage in discussions with functional consultants for design clarifications? Delivers high quality X++ code with defined quality standards and guidelines? Take the ownership , Ability to plan, prioritize and effectively manage tasks assigned.? Adherence to process and Technical development standards , deliver with quality? Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders? Take initiative ,Co-ordination within team; sensitive response; develops rapport & trust; solicits interpersonal feedback ,help co- workers, support team ?
