Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret business needs to develop technical solutions for banking operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement banking systems and solutions.
  • Evaluate current systems, recommend improvements, and oversee upgrades or new implementations.
  • Provide technical expertise for banking applications such as Core Banking, Payments, Risk Management, and Digital Channels.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve system-related problems, and ensure system availability and performance.
  • Document business requirements, technical specifications, and solution designs.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging banking technologies to ensure solutions are future-proof.
  • Lead or participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide training or guidance to junior team members.
