The Technical Bid Writer will hold responsibility for sourcing, collating, writing, proof reading tender submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires while also raising the company?s profile via exceptional quality tenders in accordance with company standards. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: ? Ensure production of professionally written proposals that clearly articulates the proposed company solution to the client. ? Responsible for proof reading material, provide technical and commercial writing skills, display creative flair in tender plans ensuring high standard of accuracy and document control against agreed deadlines. ? Contribute to the bid team at key stages of tenders to ensure technical data is provided in accordance with company standards. ? Compile and ensure a high-quality bespoke solution is offered to clients. ? Identifying, developing and implementing areas for improvement on existing technical write ups and functional templates. ? Lead storyboard sessions with bid team. ? Analyse market research and sales forecasts in order to support in developing sales targets, plans, and unique differentiated opportunities. ? Support offshore, onshore and technology sales teams to ensure a consistent approach to the market. ? Support in responses to Pre-Qualification Questionnaires. ? Ability to coach sales, proposals, project teams and subject matter experts in writing technical proposals. ? Develop innovative ways of sharing and presenting information. ? Support in development of the win strategy for specific opportunities. ? Maintain database of technical submissions. ? Participate in company presentations with clients; attend seminars and business promotion events.
