Job Description

Our client are a leading Architecture, Planning and Design organisation who are looking for a Technical Architect to join their team in the Dubai office.You will be responsible for:

  • Putting together drawing sets and details for walls, roofs, exterior conditions
  • Manage in-house multi-disciplinary teams and will be required to manage the coordination the architectural design
Core Competencies
  • Strong ability to lead a team, assign responsibilities, do quality assurance and follow up with staff
  • Worked on large scale projects
  • Detailing and the preparation of design documentation, including schedules specifications is essential with strengths in detailed design, and fa?ade package detailing
  • Someone with the ability who client Design leads can hand the project over to after schematic is complete and they can assume responsibility
Key Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience
  • Excellent design, technical and presentation skills
