Team leader OperationAs a Team Leader for Real Estate Operations in the Dubai Secondary Market, you will be responsible for managing a team of real estate professionals and overseeing day-to-day operations related to property transactions.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.•Proven experience in real estate operations, transaction management, or property management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.•Proficiency in English is mandatory, Arabic speaking is added advantage•In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including regulations, market trends, and legal requirements.•Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.•Proficiency in real estate transaction software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.•Professional certification or license in real estate (preferred).Salary AED 10K to 16K – subject to experienceVisa + insuranceAnnual benefits with ticket to home countryLocation : Dubai
