You will assist the Assistant Chief Concierge to train all technical skills and service delivery to an international 5-star standard, and oversee service providers utilization, health, and safety as customer satisfaction standards, and assist manage the Concierges daily operations.About YouIt is essential that you are above average concierge provider and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in concierge as a team leader or acting as a team leader in a luxury hotel or resort environment. Strong interpersonal skills and very clear and concise communication skills are required, as is the ability to find solutions and think positively.
