Team Leader / Civil EngineerRequirements:•MUST have at least a bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering related to health facilities and related infrastructure or similar and professionally qualified (Master is preferred). Having affiliation with international accreditation agencies is preferred.•MUST have minimum 15 years of total work experience, MUST including 10 years in engineering planning, design, construction, operation and management of multi storey structures.•It is required that the expert MUST completed (2-4) tasks in the capacity of the Team Leader and in the field of building and civil works in the area of multi-storey healthcare projects, in particular to have experience in construction supervision.•MUST be Proficient in English should be excellent and knowledge of any of the widely spoken local languages is highly preferable.•Expert must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English to document completed work tasks, give project status reports, and prepare final engineering analysis reports for clients.•Preferred knowledge of the English language.Location : Dubai
