Participate in the ADC Project along with the assigned ADC Team, GIT and Vendor. Prepare documentation with process flow charts, User manuals and other documentation related to development of Systems.System testing of new applications and existing software enhancements to ensure they meet required specifications. Supervise the day to day running of the ADCs, working closely with internal departments and GIT for ongoing development to ensure a seamless UI / UX for our customers.Assist Manager ? ADC to monitor the performance of ADCs through use of Data analysis.Train the ADC Team in order to ensure optimal performance levels in line with Business objectives.
