Team Leader - Air Freight I Al Futtaim Automotive I LogisticsOverview of the role:We are looking for Team Leader - Air Freight. The primary responsibility is to handle end to end scope of the assigned key accounts of Air Freight portfolio including the coordination with Internal and External stakeholders in an efficient manner.ÿHandle additional tasks such as Freight management of special movements, Exhibition shipments and ensure smooth running of the department.ÿÿÿWhat you will do:ÿÿÿ?ÿÿÿTo manage an assigned team within Air Freight business?ÿÿÿHandle end to end scope of assigned key accounts including end to end scope.?ÿÿÿCoordination with customers for the weekly schedules?ÿÿÿEffective coordination with origin agents? offices & ensure timely collections & lifting to attain efficient lead times?ÿÿÿLiaise with Origin agents for cost effective solutions?ÿÿÿVerification of Pre-Alerts & Shipping documents and arrange for the timely clearances?ÿÿÿCoordination with destination agents for the cross trade shipments awarded by the key clients?ÿÿÿMaintain and submit the Trackers to assigned key accounts on the agreed intervals (Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly)
