Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a<b>leading building materials company</b>, seeking a<b>Team Lead - Sales Support</b> to manage sales operations and ensure seamless coordination across the sales function.<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><b>- Lead & oversee</b> the Sales Support team for efficient sales operations.<b>- Review & validate</b> quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and costing sheets.<b>- Assist sales teams</b> in interpreting<b>Bill of Quantities (BOQs)</b> for project alignment.<b>- Manage material submittals & technical documentation</b> to support sales proposals.<b>- Track & coordinate</b> sales leads for timely follow-ups and execution.<b>- Streamline processes</b> to improve efficiency and workflow.<b>- Facilitate communication</b> between sales, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Requirements<b>- 5+ years</b> in<b>sales coordination or sales support</b>, preferably in<b>building materials or construction</b> (luxury sanitary ware experience is a plus).- Strong knowledge of<b>BOQs, quotations, costing, and technical reports.</b>- Proficiency in<b>MS Office (Excel)</b> and<b>CRM/Sales software.</b><b>- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.</b><b>- Bachelors degree</b> in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Benefits- Competitive salary and benefits package.If you are a proactive, detail-driven individual with a passion for sales operations and support, we would love to hear from you!
