We are looking for a Special Education Teacher, Teacher Assistant to join our team of Eduscan Training Center DubaiYou will be responsible for teaching of students with mild or moderate disabilities. You will modify existing curriculum on basic subjects to meet each student?s learning requirements and build individual lesson plans tailored to their specific needsRoles & Responsibilities;Assess students? abilities and craft teaching plansAdapt learning materials to students? needsKeep track of and reflect on students? progressMonitor children?s behavioral patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if neededFind engaging activities to teach skillsManage classroom crises and resolve conflictPrepare students for transition to the next gradeInform parents about their children?s performance and potential problemsCoach/mentor other professionals who work with children with disabilitiesCollaborate with the support staff (e.g. school counselors and speech therapists) to create holistic intervention plans
