Job Description
Support Tax registration for clients and support the engagement with timely communication of status/completion of registration etc.
Upload relevant client information and files to FTA for the registration.
Prepare Tax returns for the clients assigned and submit returns on the portal.
Assisting in the preparation of proposals and Engagement Letters for Tax
Support the Tax team is the Corporate Tax Implementation
Track emails for proposals and quotes including follow-ups/acceptance of quotes etc. Arranging meetings: liaising with all parties to find mutually agreeable times, dates, and locations, booking transport and meeting rooms.
Assisting the Tax team with clerical functions: to include scanning, printing, copying, converting documents to pdfs, filing, power point presentations.
Assisting the Tax team with the development of departmental and Tax policies and procedures
Maintaining client files on the server
Assisting with preparation of client training materials
Any other Tax/administrative ad hoc tasks as directed.
