An Internship opportunity with the global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance?& Beauty, and an essential member of our Taste & Wellbeing Regional Pricing team for Africa and the Middle East, while being based in our Dubai office -?Your future position?Our Pricing team contributes to ensuring that Givaudan can continue to offer our niche products to customers at the appropriate value and price point to promote sustainable growth. Due to an internal move, we currently have an internship opportunity with our Taste & Wellbeing Regional Pricing team for Africa and the Middle East (AME) region to support our increasing project pipelines.As a??Pricing Intern?, you will provide key administrative support for our Taste & Wellbeing Pricing team to ensure a quality price setting and maintenance. You will support the team to guarantee compliance with the pricing guidelines as an element of the pricing strategy. You will work with all the important Taste & Wellbeing cross-functional stakeholders in the pricing process.Based in our Dubai Media City, the role will report to the Taste & Wellbeing Regional Pricing Lead for AME. This is a paid 1-year internship opportunity with us working 5 days a week. The internship period could be extended/the role made permanent later on, depending on your performance and our evolving business requirements over the course of the internship period.?Sounds interesting?   • You will support constructive partnerships with all important partners (Sales, Finance, Technical, Operations and Customer Care) in the pricing process with a ?Pricing for Profitable Win Approach?.
Make the best use of your interpersonal skills ?
  • You will manage important interactions with important partners in the context of conflicting goals, different locations, different cultures, and languages.
Guarantee quality delivery ?
  • You will assist with Price Setting and Maintenance.?
  • You will take care of ongoing pricing activities such as computing standard pricing of Taste & Wellbeing solutions and ingredients, maintaining price lists, providing target costs, and supporting price monitoring processes.
Contribute to our Customer service excellence ??
  • You will provide support on pricing issues for SAP orders to the Customer Care teams.
Achieve compliance ?
  • You will support the team to guarantee compliance with the Pricing guidelines.?
  • You will ensure data maintenance and quality and the alignment of data in the pricing systems.?
  • You will assist the team to monitor and protect gross margins.
