Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Negotiate offers with selected candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices in the UAE.
