A leading ecommerce fashion company is looking for TA Specialist for tech and non-tech recruitment across GCC region. This is a contractual role for 6-12 month duration.Primary Responsibilities:? Headhunt and engage top-tier talent, leveraging advanced search techniques, market mapping, and networking strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.? Ensure timely acquisition of best fit talent through efficient sourcing mix.? Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess suitability, and make recommendations for hire.? Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and relationships with potential candidates.? Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire etc.? Design an effective Onboarding framework to ensure best in class experience for new joiners.
