Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.•Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.•Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.•Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.•Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.•Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process.•Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.•Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.•Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.•Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).•Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.•Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and trends.•Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.•Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).•Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.•Strong organizational and time management skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.•Experience with social media recruiting.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.•Experience in the UAE job market is a plus.
