Job Description

JobDescriptionOur client: A leading FMCG Multinational Company.Your role:

  • You will be responsible for taking the lead to ensure a successful Talent Acquisition process is implemented & applied which is in line with the regional strategic recruitment strategies of the company.
  • Aim to develop a robust process and support the HR team.
  • Liaise with purchasing to ensure alignment with the company?s terms & conditions and effectively manage the relationship on an ongoing basis.
  • Responsible for the recruitment process of sourcing candidates, screening profiles, onboarding, visa processing, and training.
  • Manage the reporting process for talent acquisition, working with the HR team to collate and analyze the data.
