Your role: You will be responsible for taking the lead to ensure a successful Talent Acquisition process is implemented & applied which is in line with the regional strategic recruitment strategies of the company. Aim to develop a robust process and support the HR team. Liaise with purchasing to ensure alignment with the company?s terms & conditions and effectively manage the relationship on an ongoing basis. Responsible for the recruitment process of sourcing candidates, screening profiles, onboarding, visa processing, and training. Manage the reporting process for talent acquisition, working with the HR team to collate and analyze the data.
