Job Description

Duties and responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting top talent with a focus on the Event Industry.

  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates.
  • Build and retain a strong candidate database
Assess applicants? relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Understand client requirements and present the highest quality candidates.
  • Conduct interviews to determine candidate fit.
  • Meet/phone freelancers to introduce the brand confidently, understand their rates and ensure their profiles are fully updated.
  • Attend Events/Exhibitions to network and build the database.
  • Organise meetings with Freelancers to gather feedback on job satisfaction/industry rates.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Other administration tasks as needed.
