Job Description

Job Context:As a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR functions. This role, spanning 3 days a week with 3 hours each day, will focus on developing HR manuals and SOPs, leading talent acquisition efforts, and ensuring a seamless employee onboarding and training process. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a specialization in Talent Acquisition, particularly in the IT and Software industry.Responsibilities:Develop HR Manual and SOP:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive HR manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure all HR processes are documented, compliant, and align with industry best practices.
Talent Acquisition:
  • Spearhead the recruitment process, specializing in talent acquisition for the IT and Software industry.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.
Employee Onboarding and Training:
  • Oversee the seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design targeted development plans.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, specializing in Talent Acquisition in the IT and Software industry.
  • Proven expertise in developing HR manuals, SOPs, and executing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with current HR trends, employment legislation, and industry best practices.
