We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join a leading FMCG firm in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a fast-paced, dynamic business that is expanding its footprint across the region.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG recruitment, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proactive approach to attracting top talent. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will drive talent pipelines, oversee end-to-end hiring processes, and implement best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent across multiple functions within the FMCG sector.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and talent needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-caliber professionals.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques and leverage recruitment technology for talent mapping.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and digital recruitment tools.
