Talent Acquisition LeadJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Talent Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Partner with leadership to understand workforce plans and hiring needs.•Recruitment & Selection: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for critical and senior-level roles.•Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure quality hires. Implement innovative sourcing methods (social media, headhunting, referrals).•Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and provide market insights.•Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.•Team Leadership (if applicable): Manage and mentor recruitment team members, ensuring delivery of KPIs. Provide guidance and support on complex hiring needs.•Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Collaborate with Marketing/Communications to promote company culture and career opportunities.•Process Optimization & Compliance: Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.•Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire). Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management.Job Details :•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).•Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 -5 years in a leadership role.•Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.•Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
