Our client is a leading F&B Group based in Dubai with multiple high-end restaurant brands under their umbrella. They are looking for an additional Talent Acquisition Executive to join their team. This is a hands-on, fast paced, and dynamic role working for a progressive and reputed organization.Responsibilities:-Source applicants through online channels, such as and other professional networks.-Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.-Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.-Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.-Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.-Manage the onboarding process from start to end with new joiners.
