Job Purpose: To support the recruitment requisitions of the Group, source of prospective applicants, support with all the other activities involved in recruitment life cycle as may be assigned by HRM - Recruitment.* Advertise the vacant posiitons on career website/portals as adviced by HR Manager* Conduct pre screening interviews for available positions.* Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.* Sourcing prospective candidates and arrange for phone, Skype and in person interview for concerned managers (as per Delegation of Authority - DOA)
