Job Description

Dubai Holding Entertainment is one of the largest diversified entertainment groups in the region; committed to solidifying the Emirate as one of the most sought-after touristic destinations in the world.We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a short term contract - 6 months. Responsible to manage the entire end to end recruitment process across DHE to support the Group growth and achieve business and operational goals.

  • Handle end-to-end talent acquisition cycle across DHE Group in line with business growth plans and aspirations.
  • Ensure the completion of Hiring and Acquisition plans within agreed timelines/SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with DHE policies and procedures across the full recruitment cycle.
  • Support on the sourcing and attracting candidates, using databases, social media, job portals, etc.
  • Conducting interviewsand filtering candidates for open positions
  • Draft and review employment contracts for new hires.
  • Provide concise and valuable interview feedback for line managers to assist them in hiring the best candidates.
  • Prepare regular reports to provide the management with updates on talent acquisition activities.
  • Build strong relationships with line managers and business leaders to understand and meet their respective teams or divisions hiring needs.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, contributing to the overall strategic development of HR within the organization.
