Job Description

Position SummaryDue to our continued growth in the UAE, we have an opportunity for a UAE National to join our People & Culture team as a Talent Acquisition Assistant. If you are a person who is excited about identifying and hiring top talent, supporting people and teams achieve their potential in a fast paced and growing firm, this is your opportunity.This role is based in Dubai and includes occasional travel to our offices in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah to enable you to build strong connections with our teams.What will you be doing?

  • Support with identifying top talent and shortlisting the best candidates
  • Coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders across all business functions
  • Build on our employer branding by providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Use of our ATS system to manage applications
  • Play a large role in developing the GT UAE careers website and our internal platform for referrals
  • Working on HR projects and engagement initiatives as required and aligned with the P&C strategy
What are we looking for?
  • UAE National
  • 6-12 months experience in recruitment
  • Some basic exposure headhunting using Boolean on platforms such as and various CV databases
  • The candidate should be Arabic speaking
  • Communication is key when it comes to recruitment
  • Confidence managing stakeholders and offering constructive advice to improve
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Experience with Emiratization recruitment is advantageous
  • Very capable IT skills including Microsoft Office and recruitment software
