Key Responsibilities:

  1. Connect to and Transform Data:
  • Connect to a variety of data sources and prepare data for analysis.
  • Utilize Tableau Prep for data transformation tasks.
  • Customize fields to suit specific business needs and enhance data quality.
  1. Explore and Analyze Data:
  • Develop and implement calculated fields to provide deeper insights.
  • Utilize quick and custom table calculations to analyze data effectively.
  • Apply and manage filters and parameters to facilitate interactive data exploration.
  • Structure and map data geographically to support business insights.
  • Summarize, model, and customize data using Tableau?s Analytics features.
  1. Create Content:
  • Design and create informative charts that communicate key findings.
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards and stories to visualize data insights.
  • Add interactivity to dashboards to improve user engagement and usability.
  • Ensure dashboards are formatted for clarity and impact.
  1. Publish and Manage Content:
  • Publish Tableau content to Tableau Server or Tableau Online.
  • Schedule data updates to keep content current and relevant.
  • Manage published workbooks and ensure they are accurately maintained.
