. 10+ years of experience with data visualization . Experience in data & analytics . Experience in banking domain . Experience in agile working environments . Proven ability to visualize analytics insights . Proficiency with Tableau & Power BI (Including SSRS) . Experience working with large datasets (Hadoop & SQL) . Portfolio of existing work . Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation. . Able to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise governance strategies . Able to take and challenge stakeholder requirements . Outstanding ability to derive insights from data . Outstanding ability to communicate data insights through appropriate visualisations . Deep concern for the user, in their experience and journey . Original and creative thinking . Advocate for data visualization best practices and guidelines . Excellent communication skills . Practical and solution- and action-oriented .
