Our client are looking for a talented Systems Analyst to join the IT department in their Dubai Office. This role will have a regional focus, with the primary responsibility of supporting IT operations for multiple subsidiaries across the MEA regionClient DetailsA successful international diversified company with operations in over 20 countries globallyDescriptionFocus on the IT needs of multiple subsidiary offices, supporting the Operations Managers for smooth IT operations in the regionConduct IT training sessions and participate in IT audits / due diligence processes, as requiredAssist the General Manager of the department in identifying user system needs and converting them into meaningful IT assetsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope and goalsEnsure successful project delivery and provide documentation of processesProfileBachelors degree in Engineering (e.g., Computer Science or Electronics) with PMP and CISA qualifications highly preferredA minimum of 7 years experience in IT operations, 3 of which including IT audits, project management and providing consultative adviceExceptional communication skills that you leverage to exceed when working in a multi-cultural environment for large international companiesFamiliarity with core applications in SAP & Dynamics 365, as well as emerging technologies such as AI , ML, Big data, IOT, etcBe willing to travel for assigned duties, as requiredJob OfferAttractive, tax-free salary Flexible and hybrid working policy
