  • Administering the company?s IT assets across the group offices and vessels including applications, infrastructure, user support, and data management to meet group company?s business requirements.
˙Responsibilities
  • Provides 1st and 2nd line support by troubleshooting hardware, infrastructure, and software, implementing corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of user?s IT issues.
  • Administering Microsoft 365 & Azure
  • Administering Microsoft Intune/Autopilot and similar MDM solutions for endpoints
  • Maintaining applications for end users including packaging and deployment via MDM solution
  • Ensuring IT documentation is kept up to date.
  • Assisting with Network configurations on Wifi Access Points, Switches & Firewalls
  • Assisting the IT Manager where needed.
  • Optimizing IT systems
