Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for building, testing, maintenance and management of the existing infrastrucutre and software tools.2. Responsible for continuous optimization of O&M solutions, including but not limited to disaster recovery plans, intelligent scheduling, elastic capacity expansion, refined monitoring, etc.3. Engage in the evaluation of technical solutions and system design blueprints, proficient in leveraging key technical tools and principles. Proactively identify potential risks within operational perspectives, offering expert solutions.4. Continuously develop and explore O&M automation and various innovative ways to realize the automation of the whole process of O&M, shorten the O&M response time, and reduce O&M costs.5. Responsible for 24/7 monitoring and response of online services, and solve various problems encountered in operation.
