Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Provide the needed tools, presentation and training for people to be aware of new features, or options in logistics systemsDevelops installation and rollout plans for Business Unit technologies and ensures plans are met in terms of enhancements / cost reductionsDesign new solution to address the operational issue, prepare the testing scenarios and documentationAnalyse existing systems, managing the risks related to finance and operationEffective project planning across technical and functional teamAct as the liaison between the business partners and supply chain digitization department to provide business critical or complex technical solutions that meet business user needs and improve business performance by providing the technical analysis of business requirements, problem solving and troubleshooting as part of a larger project teamDesign, build, test and maintain enablers of business processes, including technology and process solutions with a focus on medium to high complexity, multiple large application business processes and/or business relationshipsCollaborate with Application Leads and work closely with business teams to understand the business landscape, current and upcoming requirements conceptualize and present optimal solutionsProvides support for individual business units and projects that cross business linesMaintains routine communications regarding business plans with senior executives, operational leadership.Provides support in post-deployment phase to ensure feedback from business is addressedWorks with business owners and operations to review suggestions, system enhancements and processes issuesDevelop training and support program for global business processes and workflowsDocument business processes and system features to be proposed to usersFunctional/Technical Competencies

• Work on supply chain related field for more than 5 years
• Can build, understand, debug custom rest/soap APIs
• Work on reporting services and engines
• Understand SQL
• Good in mathematics and strong problem-solving skills
