Description:Providing Troubleshooting / Configuration / Engineering support for the existing IT infrastructure.o Managing and supporting any new IT infrastructure installation.o Resolving regular users system problems on hardware and software.o Checking Virus signature files and regular patch updates for anti-virus.o Checking for Windows Updates and regular patch management of all the systems.o Monitoring regular backup of the server.o Proactively monitor all the systems and infrastructure and provide weekly updates.o Configuration of software & application on new desktop/notebook/Peripherals.o Basic administration of servers and network.o Candidate will provide support in Networking, Virtualization, Servers, Storageo Networking (HP Aruba, Cisco)o Servers (HP ProLiant)o Virtualization (Hyper-V, VM-Ware)o Storage (Dell Unity, HP 3Par)o Preferred Certifications (MCSE, CCNA)o Other applications (Citrix NetScaler, Citrix XenApps, Citrix ShareFile)o Firewalls (Fortinet, Checkpoint)o Office 365 administration, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intunes and MS Teams administration.o Provide support for cloud-based systems and cloud servers such as AWS, Azure etc., (orientation will be provided for cloud-based systems)o Provide support for Cisco UCS Telephone systems
