Job Description

  • Monitor/Security of system and server performance and take care of new accounts set-up and active directory administration.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting issues for ERP System (MS Dynamics NAV) and Database Report.
  • Working alongside Accounting Directors, Auditors, and IT Managers for new system requirements and upgrade.
  • Work collaboratively with team and stakeholders to achieved shared goals
  • Update organizational policies regarding the use of computer and data software
  • Help gather requirements and make recommendations for product development
  • Web-based application development.
  • Software/Database Development, Updates and Deployment
  • System backup, restore, testing and deployment
