Working within clients private locations conducting swimming classes for all ages and abilities. Majority of sessions will be private 1-2-1 classes with some semi private and group sessions also scheduled. We are looking for an enthusiastic coach with exceptional customer engagement skills. Coaches must be well organised, punctual and conduct the highest level or service pre, during and post sessions.You will be given leads and clients through the academy. Job is on a commission basis so you wont be restricted to a minimum or maximum amount of working hours, it will be up to your discretion how full you desire you weekly schedule to be, but we are looking for coaching with a fantastic work ethic.We work alongside school terms, so 3 terms a year with clients commitment for the terms, so holidays are taken outside of term time. Within the holiday periods, there are opportunities to continue work and pick up clients but also time to take off if desired.There is a great opportunity to expand the academy programmes and work into managerial positions eventually being responsible for your own team and incoming customer enquiries.
