SurveyorJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Conduct land surveys using a variety of surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and levels.•Collect and analyze survey data to create accurate maps, plats, and reports.•Prepare and maintain survey records, including field notes, calculations, and drawings.•Interpret legal documents, such as deeds and plats, to establish property boundaries.•Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project planning and execution.•Provide expert advice on land surveying and related issues to clients and colleagues.•Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards.•Manage and maintain surveying equipment.•Assist in the training and mentorship of junior surveyors.Requirements :•Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Surveyor.•Proven experience in conducting a wide range of land surveys.•Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques.•Proficiency in using surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•UAE experience is preferred.•Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
