ELV Systems required to provide technical support to our clients using our products and solutions including Access Control, CCTV & Cyber Security software systems. Experienced as well as fresh candidates are invited to apply.Job description:

  1. Complete management of support ticketing systems.
  2. Responding to technical support calls from end users of our products and solutions.
  3. Remote support of Biometric Systems and CCTV Security Solutions.
  4. Deal with customers by phone and email.
  5. Conduct remote troubleshooting
  6. Record technical issues and solutions in logs
  7. Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
  8. Help create technical documentation and manuals
  9. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
  10. Meet targets for response times to calls and completing the support request.
  11. Project scheduling and coordination.
  12. Software services, Installation & troubleshooting.
  13. Technical support & client service.
  14. Maintaining project completion reports and inventory.
  15. Managing backups of servers
