MAIN PURPOSEThe Regional Supply Planning Lead manages and optimizes the supply and stock availability, while respecting product strategy, central operations and commercial guidelines, in addition to leading the Supply Planning team towards a common objective.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Management* Define priorities and optimize manpower allocation for the planning team. * Harmonize ways of working and strengthen business guidelines and processes. * Support, coordinate and evaluate the team members accordingly to the department?s objectivesSupply and Demand Planning* Define the regional forecast by reference/product category in collaboration with headquarter and markets and adjust the stock policy * Assess the supply needs on a monthly/quarterly basis to reach sales target and ideal stock level. Chase delays from vendors and ask for additional stock if necessary. Share the planned deliveries with markets operation team. * Follow up on product availabilities and challenge headquarter for shortages. * Define and review assortment for POS and confirm the agreed ones to all parties involved. Make sure that purchase orders (manual or automated) are triggered accordingly * Monitor and communicate about the performance through KPIsStock management* Analyse regional inventory level vs target and actual sales vs forecast. * Alert on risks or changes in trend. * Monitor stock rotation and propose action plan to reduce non qualitative stock level. * Request destructions on obsolete or defective stock. * Work closely in collaboration with our local logistic, quality and finance department. * Monitor and communicate about the performance through KPIsNovelties* Potential consultation in collaboration with Marketing and Sales department * Supplier order processing and follow up the supplier?s deliveries * Provide supplier delivery information to Market operation teams * Monitor and communicate about the performance through KPIsAnalysis and projects* Monitor and communicate about the regional performance through KPIs * Participate to the regional supply chain projects * Improve supply chain information systems and participate to rollouts.Master data management* Define and communicates prices in local currencies * Guarantee price coherence between all markets systemsJOB PROFILE (for recruitment purpose only)EducationBA?s degree in BusinessRequired experience5 years in a supply chain, merchandising departmentTechnical skills / abilitiesFluent in English, French is a bonus Good knowledge of Office (Particularly Excel) Knowledge of NSI, SAP is a + Comfortable in general with most ITPersonal skillsTeam oriented ???
