•Implement good procurement practices in line with best purchasing standards•Evaluate and select to identify appropriate vendors and contractors. Monitoring and evaluation of supplier performance and reporting of the same•Identify departmental purchasing needs, review and analyze the RFQ submitted by the concerned department•Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing•Issue the PO as per the company policy. Track orders and ensure timely delivery•Review quality of purchased products•Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
