Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from procurement to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management principles.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is maintained to meet customer demand.
  4. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, review performance, and resolve any issues or disputes.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of products.
  6. Implement and maintain supply chain systems and software to track inventory, orders, and shipments.
  7. Analyze data and generate reports on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies to recommend innovative supply chain solutions.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role in UAE.
  3. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  5. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain operations.
  6. Advanced proficiency in supply chain management software and systems.
  7. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  10. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
