- Preparing and processing all the orders of the activities of his/her scope, especially in placing the orders forecasted into our internal database and software.- Monitoring the flow of the stocks (in- & out comings stocks) in order to limit the deviations and alert in case of any deviance- Ensure the follow-up and the management of the (re)supply from the suppliers in order to guarantee products avaibility.- Contributing to the transportation handling from preparation (quotations) to the shipment by carrying out the required formalities (customs clearance,?), and ensuring the follow-up with the identified carriers in order to guarantee the expected level of quality of performance- Ensuring all the administrative paperwork by checking the delivery receipts, preparing the invoices,?.- Participating monthly in products inventories in order to ensure their accuracy by a consistency controlling of the stocks to identify any discrepancies- Ensure a regular reporting to his/her hierarchy and/or the stakeholders in order to keep them inform about the progress of the products deliveries
