By combining our expertise in lens technology and eyewear manufacturing, a portfolio of brands that consumers love and global distribution capabilities, we enable people everywhere to learn, to work, to express themselves and to fulfill their potential.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :Responsible for the performance of the supply chain as defined with the business (in the service level agreement, for all the commercial entities of the geography) and as defined with EMEA Operations and Supply chainAnimating the supply chain teams across the geography.Driving the progressive integration of META SC in the global EMEA Rx SC and its transformation according to group SC guidelinesTASKS & OBJECTIVES :You are responsible for the performance of the supply chain to the customers in reliability (service), responsiveness (lead time) and efficiency (costs). You define with the local business team the Service Level Agreement applicable to the supply chain end to end in coordination with EMEA Supply Chain Management Team for all products and offers, and you make sure that supply chain processes are set up accordingly.You are responsible to build and drive action plans to reach objectives for the region, and to track and report the performance through BSC and standard SC reportingIn coordination with the steering EMEA Rx SC functions, you are responsible for the region of the Demand and Supply planning process, the inventory management, the Order Planning and Fulfillment process and the New Product introduction roadmap as well as product offer rationalization.You are responsible for distribution performance and logistic cost optimization, lead time improvement of logistic operations and optimization of the working capital.You manage the capacity of our assets to guaranty the continuity of the service on the long term.You coordinate transformation projects, establish functional requirements, manage implementation of delivered solutionsYou provide necessary information and reporting to EMEA Rx Operations & Technology steering functionsYou manage the different persons reporting to you.You contribute to the continental supply chain community by sharing best practices and building a skills development plan for the geography supply chain teamsLINKS, RELATIONSHIPS :Reporting Solid line to the Head of META Operations, dotted line to EMEA Supply Chain VP.In relation with EMEA Rx SC steering functions, R&D, WW Supply Chain, WW Logistics, META geography Operations & Wholesales, WW Operations Finance, Human ressources.Provider Description Enabled SAP as service provider route is used for session stickiness careerSiteCompanyId is used to send the request to the correct data center JSESSIONID is placed on the visitors device during the session so the server can identify the visitor Load balancer cookie (actual cookie name may vary) prevents a visitor from bouncing from one instance to anotherProvider Description Enabled YouTube
