A significant proportion of our business is also focused on providing and growing on-board retail services.Sound like something you could get into Considering dC&Rs rapid business growth, heres just a few bits of inspiration that will give you the opportunity to get your hands dirty:- Business partner with dC&R businesses, champion our flag across the Group, and similar organisations, leveraging scale and driving best practices.- Drive efficiencies and effectiveness while mitigating global supply chain risk and macro pressures in a post-Covid world.- Develop and maintain 3-year strategic category plans across dC&R businesses, overseeing an AED 3.5 billion spend across 7 thousand suppliers.- Manage end to end source to contract process and capabilities across numerous categories of spend.- Ensure supplier and category performance is managed across all businesses and robust levels of governance are adhered to.- Expertly develop successful relationships across all levels of stakeholders, internally and externally. Working with our suppliers to drive business benefit.- Improve supply chain process to ensure we are leading edge of industry practices. Implementing advances and ensuring adoption of best-in-class technologies.- Proactively identify synergy opportunities within and beyond the Group. Be a part of our success story.Additional information is available at https://www.dnata.com/en/cateringQualifications & ExperienceQualifications- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)- MCIPS and/or PMP preferred.Experience- Minimum of 8 or more years in a Procurement/Supplier management role.- Experience preferably in the F&B industry, FMCG, airline catering, airline, management consultancy or blue-chip.- Ideally experience at a middle management level with strong financial acumen.- Experience in an international / multinational organisation is an advantage.Knowledge & Skills- Proven track record of analytical decision-making, with strong commercial acumen- Creativity and problem solving- Solid presentation and story-telling ability- Strong organisational and negotiation skills are a must.- Exceptional interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with senior/executive levels - you will often influence the decision-making process across multiple businesses and stakeholders.Salary & BenefitsJoin us in a management role and enjoy an attractive tax-free salary.
